Customisation and Pricing:

At a time when organisations are trying to ensure every penny goes further, these products offer the chance to save on the costs associated with the development and production of an information item like this, both in terms of time and money. They were developed by early years and parenting practitioners/healthcare professionals and they are available for immediate production with your logo on.

The back of any wheel can be customised with your logo and contact details. Due to the nature of production, we recommend that a minimum of 2000 customised wheels are produced in order for them to be cost effective (and well below the retail price of £2.99 each), although smaller quantities can be produced

2000 wheels - £3580 (£1.79 each) + VAT
3000 wheels - £4275 (£1.43 each) + VAT

5000 wheels - £6125 (£1.22 each) + VAT
10,000 wheels - £10720 (£1.07 each) + VAT

All costs for customised wheels exclude VAT and delivery charges. Please note that any quantity is available, not just those mentioned above. We can also do a smaller order of 1000 wheels, but these work out only slightly cheaper than the retail price of £2.99 each at £2.86 each – a total of £2860 + VAT.

Should you wish to purchase a small quantity of any wheel, we have these in stock for £2.99 each and for immediate delivery. These ‘off the shelf’ wheels are identical in terms of design and content (but are just without logo’s)…. You can order these online if you click here

However, should you wish to have small quantities of ‘customised’ wheels (perhaps to promote your children’s centre or setting) we now have the capacity to do these. Clearly we cannot do such small quantities for £2.99 each, but we have developed a reasonable pricing model for quantities as low as 100 wheels. Prices for small ‘customised’ quantities are as follows:

100 wheels - £499 (£4.99 each) + VAT
200 wheels - £938 (£4.69 each) + VAT

300 wheels - £1287 (£4.29 each) + VAT
500 wheels - £1895 (£3.79 each) + VAT

Please note we can do any small quantity from 100 upwards, not just those mentioned above.

Hanging your wheels - Our Development Wheels^™ come with two rivets in them to hold them together and ensure they work properly. One rivet is in the centre of the wheels and the other is near the top of the 'outer' of the wheel. Many customers are now 'hanging' wheels within the reception area of their centres or settings and you can order your kit to do this with your order. Each kit comes with a self-adhesive plastic 'hook' and a flexible wire which can stretch up to 3.5 metres long. Either order online when you buy your wheels or add these to your order form when you buy. Kits are only £1 each (inc delivery) + vat.
